Make sure not to lose credit card

This was a true story, and this happened to me during a Halloween day, which made it the most terrifying Halloween day for me.

It was a night before Halloween. I was working out at a LA Fitness Center, and I still had at least about a cardiovascular activity to finish. As I was heading to a climbing stair machine, I got a text message notifying me that a fraud transaction was being made at a Central Market for over $200. ‘What a joke. This must be another one of phone scams,’ I chuckled. But I checked my bank mobile app and a credit card mobile app to discover a terrifying truth — over $2,000 transactions were being made at two different locations.

I notified my banks immediately, but I could not easily get hold of a real person as it was a late Friday night. Luckily, I could at least get hold of the fraud department. The banks immediately cancelled my cards and said it will send new ones again. On next Monday morning, I called the banks and see if they can reimburse back the amounts as those were fraud transactions. What happened was this. Right before I headed to a LA Fitness Center, I was filling gas at a gas station, and one Bank of America Debit Card and one Chase Credit card must be slipped off my wallet. Someone must pick up those cards and used them right away to purchase over $2,000…
